Session Runners

Session runners are responsible for making sure that everything/everybody needed for a talk is available and in the right place when a talk is scheduled to begin. This includes keep track of speakers and helping out the A/V team.

Registration Table

The registration table will be staffed for most of the conference by Conference Direct but they will primarily be handling administrative tasks for the conference. It would be good to have some community members available there to field any questions about the conference, talks, sprints, etc.
